Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Free delivery is provided, and orders are expected to arrive within 5-15 business days for most countries and regions.

We happily welcome returns with proof of product faults. Enjoy our Free Returns policy, where the initial return on each order is free! Please return your item within 14 days of order confirmation.

After successfully initiating a dispute for your order and providing supporting evidence, kindly allow our Dispute Team 48-72 hours to respond and intervene for a favourable resolution or agreement to address the issue.

You have two options for the dispute:

1. Return Goods: This indicates your desire to return the item and apply for a full refund.
2. Refund Only: This option is applicable if you either did not receive the item and are seeking a full refund or if you did receive the item but wish for a partial refund without returning the item.

Upon successful acceptance of your return through our returns portal, a refund for your purchase will be processed.

Typically, the refund process may require 3-20 working days, and the funds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction. You may contact your bank and follow up with the refund.

Regrettably, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations. However, upon the receipt of your order, you are cordially invited to initiate a return, subject to adherence to our specified return criteria.
